Prema bhakti rīti yoto, nija granthe suvekata
likhiyāchen dui mahāśaya
yāhāra śravaṇa hoite, premānande bhāse cite,
yugala madhura rasāśraya


"These two saints have revealed all the ways of loving devotion by writing them down in their books. By hearing these topics the heart floats in ecstatic love and takes shelter of the madhura rasa (amorous mwllows)". verse 9 from Prema bhakti-chandrika.
